Culinary Argan Oil is a delicious golden, nutty oil made from toasted Argan nut kernels. Used for eating and for its health benefits.

Culinary Argan Oil is a jewel of Berber cuisine, produced only in one small region of Morocco.

Culinary Argan Oil is made exclusively by Berber women working together in cooperatives. They hand-extract the oil-rich kernels from the hard nuts of the argan fruit and then lightly toast them—a crucial step that gives the oil its unique, nutty taste, aroma, and rich golden color. The kernels are then cold-pressed to extract the pure oil.

Recent shortages due to four years of drought have made the argan fruit even more precious. This has lead to significant increase in oil prices. Despite this, these dedicated women continue to grow and harvest the fruits, ensuring this valuable oil remains available for you to enjoy.

A Culinary Journey with Argan Oil

Culinary Argan Oil is celebrated in gourmet circles as a finishing oil, used to add a final layer of rich, nutty flavor to a wide variety of dishes. While it is not suited for high-temperature frying, it is perfect for low-heat cooking, adding a gourmet twist to even the simplest of meals.

It has versatile flavor that makes it a perfect ingredient to enhance both sweet and savory dishes.
